I'm sure most have heard of Heroes X Villains (HXV), the man who blazes his own trail with a dark brand of trap music thats taken him to all corners of the globe. VAVLT is a creative platform founded by HXV and Descender which looks to further bridge the gap between Atlanta rap and tasteful electronic music.
"CLUBBIN," the second release on this new platform is a collaboration between HXV and Descender and it sure didn't take long to catch my attention. The dark industrial sound with samples of Atlanta rap sprinkled throughout is a signature of VAVLT. Keep listening and you'll suddenly find yourself in a trapped out halftime section after a flawless transition from the four-to-the-floor techno heard in the first half of the track.
