Dream Panther is one of those low-key artists that are high-key amazing. The name might ring a bell, considering production credits that include the likes of Mike Dece, Speak, and Boogie, on top of huge remixes for iloveMakkonnen and Skylar Spence.
Dream Panther is the musical brainchild of Gregg Sheran and Caleb Stone, who each, by the way, has their own solo endeavors. Today, they turned over their sophomore EP in full, Most Valuable Panther, studded by appearances from Father, Trinidad James, Speak, Deniro Farrar, and more. With about a 15-minute runtime, the four rap collaborations and three transitions in between set the perfect vibe for those murky hours.
MVP is available for download on Bandcamp here.
They're also releasing this as a cassette tape via Sheran Stone Barnett/Danger Collective Records/Dome of Doom (here) on 11/7 and as a vinyl via Sheran Stone Barnett/Danger Collective Record (here) in January.
Lastly, look out for the Dream Panther Zine Issue #1 via iTunes on 10/1 (next Friday).
