Patrick Perez is largely known in the Toronto underground for his dance music, but he's recently made a conscious change to foray into the experimental world. He's been listening to the LA beat scene, and in his newest release, The Quest, definitely reflects some of the new music world's he's been exploring.
The Quest is an aptly titled EP that takes the listener on a journey through the mind of the young Perez, and it's a project that explores the worlds of both electronic and hip hop genres. We're sure to see some serious growth from the Torontonian in the near future, so this is not one to miss out.
