Chvrches unveil latest single "Clearest Blue"

There will be no sophomore slump for Chvrches.  The Glasgow-based trio is set to release Every Open Eye on September 25th, and from the three songs we've heard so far, they've only gotten better on album number two.  Lauren Mayberry continues to ponder relationships with her delicate ferocity, showing a bit more hope than usual on their latest track, "Clearest Blue," a song with expertly crafted hooks, surprise transitions, and the most ecstatic instrumentation we've seen from them yet.  Every Open Eye drops in two weeks through Virgin / Glassnote, pre-order here and check out the "Clearest Blue" lyric video below.
