A couple of weeks ago, electro duo SMLE rebranded themselves from a remix collective to a powerhouse electro duo with their debut original production, “Every Chance You Get It.” It was a fluttering symphony of electrifying synths, swirling melodies, and an incendiary vibe that ran through your veins like motor oil. Last week they debuted their second track, “It’ll Be Okay,” which was more of a pop inspired track, featuring vocals from Helen Tess. It is a beautiful bubbly song that has notes of contemporary, tinges of doo-wop, all tied together with this sonic sound that SMLE is quickly making their own. Both of these songs are off of their forthcoming EP Reasons To, which we grow more excited for with every new release. Stay tuned for me.
