Cazzette’s “Together” gets the remix treatment from Beckwith and Lost Kings [Premiere]

We've watched Swedish production duo Cazzette move through many inspirational periods in their career. Starting out in the more classic progressive, techy style we see from them and other artists on their home base of ICONS as a record label. After a move into an edgy, updated nu disco and house style, they’ve taken an even newer approach even on their latest single, “Together.” As the first single off of their forthcoming Desserts EP, it features fellow Swedish artist Newtimers and highlights their ability to infuse simply infectious melodies into anything they touch. It’s one that merges radio pop music with dance’s latest trends, but still with meaning and purpose behind it.

Today we’ve got a first look at the next evolution of “Together,” featuring two more dance artists that are constantly on our radar.

We know Beckwith as an up and coming deep house prodigy out of Anjunabeats, and he's taken his talents to "Together" on the single's remix EP that's out today to stream on Spotify. The NYC producer has taken a new step forward on this one, with moody bass and an 808-fueled wobbly center that is quite the new base for the chopped and screwed original vocals.

Lost Kings are a duo out of LA who have been creating buzz about their music through its clever branding of nu disco with a wavy vacation house edge. They've applied a more straight forward melodic electro soul approach to their remix of "Together," with an uplifting piano chord progression as the thread holding it all together.
