Luca C & Brigante have stepped away from the club ready house music and have taken on a new direction with the synth driven balearic sounds of Invisible Cities. Although Luca Cazal has enjoyed quite the year with some solo work that's touched on the darker side of deep house and techno on labels including Crosstown Rebels, his work with long time collaborator Sebastiano Properzi as Brigante brings the tempo down and introduces psychedelic vocals from Zeben Jameson (A Mountain of One), creating a new identity for a new project on their new label, Double Drop. Out earlier last month on vinyl and premiering today on EARMILK is the 3 track release "Moments In Between" featuring a vocal and dub mix from Ivan Smagghe, the French DJ/Producer known for his role in the electroclash group Black Strobe and more recently It's A Fine Line with Tim Paris. The full release will be available on Monday July 13th but you can stream the single in it's entirety below and enjoy a unique music video for the title track.
