London's KDA has been an elusive producer that we've seen appear on RINSE FM and on a slew of remixes, including Anna Lunoe, London Grammer, Kylie Minogue and even on his own work. But this week, he's handed over the remixing responsibilities on his latest single entitle "Rumble."
Enlisting a seasoned pro, New York's Shadow Child has reworked "Rumble" into a groovy house hit in the making. Premiered as Pete Tong's Essential Selection on his BBC Radio 1 show not so long ago, Shadow Child put the same work into this remix that he's put into his hits on Dirtybird, Moda Black, Sony and other labels where his skills have been demanded. An unusual combination of brassy synths, off-kilter (yet addictive) melody, and deep house groove, the Shadow Child remix of "Rumble" is set to be released in August.
