As an individual belonging to a generation heavily integrated into the Internet, Weird Inside has taken to the traffic of the online society to release tracks that are ambient, downtempo, and electronically soothing.
His remix of "Puppet Talk" by Flying Lotus, a track off of the 2013 release of Ideas+drafts+loops, is as quietly gripping as watching the Niagara Falls from the glass window of your hotel bedroom. Soft xylophone-like echoes ring out with delicate chords as lone notes cascade up and down the scale. With a muted kick-drum and sound of shaken sand, Weird Inside layers rhythmic beats onto a melancholic track.
