Nicolas Jaar may have just blown up the dance scene with this, considering it hasn't even been up an hour and it's pulling such high numbers. But who cares about that, we need to talk about this INSANE remix.
Minimizing and skewing Florence and the Machine's vocals, the young NYC based artist simultaneously brings energy while still being able to strip her of her usual dynamic background. What results is a mesh of dark dance music that, on a dancefloor, would absolutely slay. It's the type of track in a Nicolas Jaar set that would turn the place upside down. All in all, this one seriously is a must hear, and probably my favorite release of this week so far.
