When some think about Iceland they think about cold climates, beautiful landscapes stretched around fjords and some damn happy folks. It is no surprise then that the electronic outfit Tonik Ensemble’s music resonates beauty, bliss and serenity. Their sound is similar to the dreamy soundscapes their Norwegian neighbors Röyksopp create. Today we have the pleasure of bringing some music from the group to your speakers with their single “Landscapes.” Landscapes is the lead single off the groups forthcoming album Snapshots out February 10^th via Atomnation Records. This single features the smoky and cracked vocals of Tricky lead singer, Ragga Gisla. Complex instrumentation lends itself effortless to the ethereal and enchanting vibe the song produces.
