It's pretty easy to tell that Funkerman was an obsessive crate-digger of hip hop, soul, disco and funk by listening to his music. The Dutch producer and DJ is a pioneer in the house music world, establishing Can You Feel It Records and Flamingo Recordings throughout his career as places where we can now go to find electro and house music. This week he's back with a release that's an emulator of the production that made him a star on "3 Minutes To Explain," with a track entitled "Coming Home." A single with jazzy, mysterious sampling, "Coming Home" is reminiscent of 1960s mod, but with soul and energy. Check out the track below.
