Christopher Willits gives us an ambient take on Tycho’s “Montana”

After taking the world by storm with a new LP and accompanying world tour, Tycho has announced the deluxe version of his latest masterpiece, Awake. The new edition will compile remixes from Bibio, Com Truise, Beacon, and a just-released offering from fellow Ghostly International artist Christopher Willits.

Willits takes on the fleet-footed track "Montana" and turns it on its head, stretching the guitars out into eight minutes of glorious, washed out goodness. While the other remixes are worth a listen too, this right here is the reason to buy that deluxe copy. It's coming your way on Dec. 16, you might want to add this one to that Christmas list.
