17-year old producer filous has been creating some music that is making us turn our attention toward his hometown of Vienna. Starting out at the age of ten teaching himself to play instruments, he quickly progressed to ripping some of his favorite songs off of YouTube, chopping and screwing them to his liking. Now, he's working under filous (French for "rascal"), using the knowledge he's gained of music and completely reconstructing his favorite tracks from scratch. Today we have a special first listen of his latest project, a cover of Jake Isaac's "Waiting Here." With composition that speaks to filous's passion, natural talent and the winning points of the original, this method of production might just be the way of the future.
