As summer fades away for those of us living in the northern hemisphere, life kicks down into a different pace. We huddle around hot cups of coffee in an effort to stay warm, and often times it’s a glass of wine by a fire instead of a cold beer on a patio. And with that there are some things that after a long absence, we welcome back whether it be ski/board season or a band that’s been on hiatus for nearly a year. With that, Mt Wolf stages a welcomed return with “Red” after their long absence.
London’s Mt. Wolf has changed things up since last year but what made this band stand out back then has only gotten stronger now. With soft and flowing melodies it’s the perfect winter’s night track. The band has created an moody and serene song that despite its softness, holds a resolute and understated power and strength.
