The day has come! You can now listen to Mr. Oizo's latest album, The Church, via SoundCloud, which will be out this Monday, November 17, through the indominable Brainfeeder imprint. Previously Mr. Oizo released several albums and EPs for free through his website, and this time he is working with the folks at Brainfeeder for a solid comeback. The Church features his uncanny ability to blend seemingly incompatible sounds while he explores a myriad of different styles and techniques. Tracks like "ISoap" and "Dry Run" featuring Bart B Moore feature Oizo's synth driven melodies with just the right amount of bass on top of instrumental bursts. On the other hand, "The Church" and "Ham" ear respect for their maniacal circulating melodies that will surely level the dance floor. Recorded in Los Angeles, CA, Mr. Oizo delivers a surreal album that will be respected for its creativity and originality.
