Labrinth gets TORN reimagination for "Let It Be"

Fusing classic rock anthems with modern electronic music has never been easy. One method is remixes. That, for the most part, always fails. Another route is seeking out the artists themselves and collaborating. Again, not usually the best work from either party. The most promising method thus far is to adapt your interpretation of classic rock and create a new style from that. We believe TORN has succeeded with his remix of Labrinth's "Let It Be".

It's difficult to pin-point the style for this one. However you decide to categorize it, the remix has grunge, a chanting rhythm, and enough proper use of the original to call it a legitimate remix. We absolutely love the original, and we're more than okay with this remix. We hope to see more from both Labrinth and TORN in the near future. Hints on TORN's twitter would indicate that he's not far off.
