In anticipation of his new album Bells and Whistles set to drop on November 18th, NYC based alt hip-hop artist Blockhead sent us this exclusive premiere of second track “On The Back Of The Golden Dolphin.” It remains true to his usual alternative standards, with introspective samples, unusual beats and an adequate dose of the eerie compositional elements that we usually find in his work.

On the new album he said, "This new one is both sparse and totally packed full of life. It definitely feels more like a soundtrack to some crazy early 70's horror movie at times then jumps into something far lighter and breezy. While the concept and creative process is still very similar, the tones shift as I keep making albums."
Keeping up with his admirable DIY aesthetic Blockhead will self-release Bells and Whistles on Bandcamp and it will shortly thereafter be available in the old school vinyl method that he creates by.
