If listeners are in to tropical experimental electronics, look no further than Millionyoung. Creating soundscapes that just want to hang out for a while, Millionyoung add sensually relaxed vocals to the mix, making for stimulating listens. Having released three albums and just as many EPs, the Florida-based chillwave act can keep you company until the sun comes up with their dense collection of songs.
Miami-based Telescope Thieves also has a good collection of songs behind him with two full-lengths, an EP and a collection of single floating around. Opting more towards remixing as of late, Telescope Thieves takes on Millionyoung's "Fade Away" for his newest remix.
Spaced out and buoyant Telescope Thieves remix of Millionyoung's "Fade Away" carries an already dreamy song into the clouds. Supported by sweeping electronic elements, we are teased with no substantial lower end as the song continues to climb in altitude. After a echoing break, dense bass chords let out warmth warmth with their soothing, fizzing vibe.
Be sure to also check the original, as it contains its own bag of tricks, emphasized by its glistening effects and reverb-filled vocals that aren't far off from Tame Impala at their spacier end.
