San Francisco's Claude VonStroke just finished up his performance at the New York stop of his dirtybird BBQ, the most memorable parking lot barbecue party I've ever been to. And this week, he's released the official music video for his collaboration with Barry Drift, "CaliFuture." The deep and acidic track that was inspired by his own optimistic, ironic experience trying to make it in music in California now has visuals to go along with it. Further telling the story, it is a quirky entertaining view into the life of a Sno-cone maker as he tries to make it in the music industry, only to further realize his passions. Directed by the mysterious Merkley??? (who may or may not be the same person as Barry Drift), it's definitely worth a look.
