Father Dude, a man whose name is undoubtably awesome and close to unforgettable, has the perfect vocal for the EDM genres. His upper register, airy (yet powerful) voice sits so well in each mix that it's no wonder why DJ's like Sydney-based GRMM and London-based TroyBoi have done extensive amounts of work with him.
To talk about both of these records in a little more depth, his collaboration with TroyBoi is as chill as chill trap can get, with fleeting synths reminiscent of something off Watch The Throne. "Misunderstood's" final breakdown, which would cause even the most well-behaved of females to twerk, is a quintessential element of any TroyBoi production.

As for "Electrify," the track serves as the first official single between GRMM and Father Dude. Released via Neon Records in Australia, the song has done remarkably well – charting at #2 on Australia's iTunes charts and receiving consistent airplay on the famed Triple J radio. The two partnered up again for their popular SoundCloud release "Level Up", which is set to be released as an official single in the coming months. Check out "Electrify" below.

Lastly, as an initiative supported by EDM.com, Father Dude was brought on-board to be the lone vocalist in the producer/DJ/vocalist collective Hegemon.
