German producer Sidney Charles has graced a variety of house labels, but this week he has released his latest EP as his first work with Moda Black. Going Down features three tracks that are all unique explorations of house, indicative of Charles's exposure to his German roots, as well as his annual trips to Ibiza. Focused, gritty disco is the name of the game here, with "Goind Down" really being the leading track. It's creative, tech-y, and really a profoundly different sounding house track that made me stop what I was doing to really concentrate while I was listening. Check it out below.
