I consider a song to be a true pop anthem when it gets stuck in my head for the next hour or so, but not in that way that wants to make me gouge my eyes out. I'm talking more about "Latch" by Disclosure and less about "Umbrella" by Rihanna in this scenario. Shift K3y's always been making hits consistently, and at a startlingly young age twenty, he's got a lot of work out there to show his musical prowess.
His latest track, which was just released a couple days back, is certainly another track he can add to his list of hits. "I Know" is a beautiful blend of pop songwriting and electronic production, and the mix of the two is utter perfection. Shift K3y's been a name we can depend on for brilliant songs, and this one is no different.
