Californian producer Mono/Poly has been relatively quiet since the release of his Killer B's EP back in 2012 and his contributions to Thundercat's Apocalypse LP last year. But the beatmaker has decided to make a triumphant comeback with the single "Ra Riser" off of his upcoming Golden Skies album, that is due out August 25th on Brainfeeder & Ninja Tune Records. The hypnotic single features lush strings, atmospheric vocal samples, and otherworldly textures that will send listeners on a definite trip.
