Canadian producer Avenue has been kicking butt and taking names. Also known as Sam Willows, Avenue has remixed for the likes of Miami Horror, Lemaitre, and has even reworked the classic Tears for Fears track "Shout". The young producer has proven repeatedly that he can handle creating a notable remix, and he has even shown off his skills on his original track "Colour". His catalog may be small right now, but we're looking forward to hearing whatever else he has up his sleeve in the future.
Lucky for us we've got a first listen to Avenue's latest remix of Carousel's track "My New Friend". Avenue took hold of the song and turned it into a disco infused electro-pop song worthy of many listens. The funkier disco productions play nicely with Carousel's vocals and you can hear it here first. Check out the remix and the original below and show Avenue some love!
