3LAU shows us his soft side in "How You Love Me" (Acoustic) [Premiere]

The once mashup king, Justin Blau, has made good on his promise to be a part of the all-original crew, having produced 3 huge tracks in the last year for the likes of Revealed, Musical Freedom, and Dim Mak. In addition to a breath taking year BLAU recently delivered a moving main stage performance at EDC, quickly becoming one of the most sought out acts in all of electronic music.

Today we have something beyond special, something organic in the purist form, an acoustic rendition of his single "How You Love Me" featuring Bright Lights. Something so naked can still posses so much beauty, there is no festival main stage drop, no ear bending synths, just 3LAU & Bright Lights in perfect harmony. To be able to step away from the original electronic sound of the tune and hear it in a completely different manor was very moving for me, completely shedding new light of how deep this track really goes. "Sometimes the MUSIC behind EDM carries a whole new message when it's isolated. I hope this does that for you." Words from Justin today when he posted the track across his social media. While everyone has their own motives for making music, 3LAU has always advocated his endless love for his fans, from a college student making mash-ups in a dorm room, to playing main stages across the world, this project for me is such a thank you to everyone that has supported his journey. At the end of the day 3LAU is a shining example of inspiration for a scene that has sprouted in infinite directions, with the simplest reminder that there will always be one triumphant message behind music, 'LOVE'.

Do yourself a favor, unplug, go outside, sit with friends or loved ones and enjoy music in the way it was intended to be heard, acoustically. We are all organic beings that have began to make life too complicated, isolate the message, and show how you love music by supporting this masterpiece from 3LAU & Bright Lights
