Beach vibes, D/R/U/G/S, and his new track "Overcome"

Ahead of his debut album as D/R/U/G/S, British producer Callum Wright comes at us with a delightful, tropical breeze called “Overcome.” The laid back summer feel and pop sensibilities are perfect for all of the poolside cocktails and lounging in the sun that comes with summer. This track sees D/R/U/G/S a little stripped down. His last track, “You Are Everywhere” had more deep pulsating synths whereas “Overcome” has this nice, refreshing atmosphere and light shuffle. Leo Duncan, of the up-and-coming band Fé, provides the carefree, airy vocals that waver like a palm leaf in Wright’s production. This is all so pleasant, but someone needs to get me a beach—stat.
