The L.A. native and triple threat singer, songwriter, and producer has released “Out Of My Head” as his first track independently-created from start to finish. Normally, Waters' clarion vocals soak up the limelight, while an electro-pop accompaniment creates a fun energy.
Yet, “Out Of My Head” is a clear and successful movement towards a more electronic dance sound. Singer Codi Caraco’s vocals float above quick beats and airy synths, creating a beautiful uplifting summer vibe.
