Every Miami Music Week, labels, artists, and DJs throw pool parties in the buildup to Ultra Music Festival. This year we were lucky to check out the party thrown by Casablanca Records that was hosted by Sirius XM/BPM. Casablanca the legendary disco label of the 70’s, that was re-launched in 2012. During the infamous days of Studio 54, Casablanca launched the careers of artists such as Kiss, Parliament, Donna Summer, Giorgio Moroder, Irene Cara, Village People and many others. Now they've turned their attention to dance music, having recruited Tiesto, Martin Garrix, Seven Lions, Thomas Azier and more to their roster. Watch out for some great releases coming up throughout 2014 for Casablanca.
The party featured Tiesto, Martin Garrix, 3lau, Carnage and Seven Lions. Expectedly, it had everything that Miami is best known for, with warm weather and great music all afternoon. It was awesome to finally see Martin Garrix live, and Tiesto of course never fails to impress.
