Wilki is a NY based DJ that has been rising prominently. Gaining the attention of companies like MATTE and winning competitions on his own at our site's  competition, he's been slowly building a following in the greater NY area. He's given us his mix for Coachella, and it's a fantastic mix that delves into the upbeat and fun vibes under the desert sun and stars. We also caught up with him to ask a few quick questions. Check out the mix, and read the interview below!

EARMILK: Dream festival to play // Attend ?
WILKI: Tomorrowland
EM:Favorite venue in NYC to play?
W: Cielo
EM:Best party you've played // Cool DJ Moment?
W: MATTE projects Painted BLACK at Irving Plaza
EM:Top 3 Favorite acts going to Coachella this year?
W: Ok, this is a tough one… I'll go with – Hot Since 82, Disclosure, and Darkside.
EM:Who should EARMILK readers watch out for in 2014?
W: I will be picking back up my Visions of Summer mix series in June, working on some original productions and hopefully some remixes, and hopefully have the opportunity to play cool shows in cities across the US. My main goals for the year are an original EP and a booking at my favorite venue in the NY area, Output (BK).
EM:Top 3 tracks to spin live?
W: To answer this question using an "all-time" perspective would be impossible. Since, I like to keep my sets fresh and use lots of new tracks each show, I will answer with my top 3 as of late: 1) Justin Jay – Le Voyou (Original Mix) 2) JD Sampson & MEN – All The Way Thru (Andre Crom & Chi Thanh Remix) 3) Wilfred Giroux – Stronger (Original Mix)
EM: Working on any original projects?
W: Yes. Currently, am working on some deep, funky baselines for an EP that I hope to release this coming Fall/Winter. Still early stages, but I should have more updates to come later this summer.
EM: Upcoming shows?
W: Nothing to note for the rest of the month, next month I will be doing 1 or 2 nights at as a part of my residency at Southside in NYC,  but overall I am focusing on scheduling the summer dates, which will include night and daytime shows in NYC, the Hamptons, and potentially some out-of-state traveling.
