Benji Boko celebrates a million plays with his “Jump Around” remix

To celebrate a million plays on his gem studded SoundCloud account, Benji Boko has put together a fantastic remix of House Of Pain’s hip hop classic “Jump Around”. Boko can thank his mega-popular versions of Jay-Z’s “99 Problems” and Craig Mack’s “Flava In Ya Ear” for nearly half of his plays as the dynamic mixes made it to #1 and #2 in the Hype Machine chart recently. Last time we had a listen to the British producer’s take on TLC’s rant on guys who live with their moms and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The glory of his “No Scrubs” mix is certainly rivalled by “Jump Around” though, with its 90's vibes increased tenfold via beatbox samples and a breakbeat arrangement which may well have you jumping around, especially as the track is free to download. In fact Boko takes us so deep into a futuristic 90’s realm with “Jump Around” that if there’s ever a sequel to Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan’s seminal SpaceJam, it should without a doubt feature on the soundtrack. With Vol. 1 and 2 under his belt, Boko’s all set to drop the third volume of his remix series so be sure to look out for that. In the meantime you should overdose on nostalgia and check out “Jump Around” below, and while you're there celebrate Boko’s recent milestone by revisiting his biggest hits so far.
