All Def Digital, the 2013-launched YouTube channel by music mogul Russell Simmons, has also recruited Ali for his talents. The channel, which is a collaboration between Rush Digital Media (Simmons' media company) and Dreamworks Animation subsidiary Awesomeness TV (one of the most teen-traffiked video platforms), will bode well with Tayyib's previous fan base development method – one that relied heavily on Internet-sharability and data metrics.
