AMTRAC explores chiller sounds with his remix of Nicky Blitz’s “ALEX” [Premiere]

As a writer, it's always exciting to see an artist you follow closely explore the limits of their musical prowess publicly. And today, our favorite Kentucky producer AMTRAC has done exactly that, giving us here at EARMILK a first listen at his latest remix. After watching him succeed at house, disco and indie electronica through both his originals and many remixes, today we're delivered a remix of Nicky Blitz's "Alex," a more ambient, chilled out production. Almost feeling like its own original indie or alternative track, it's still a significant update to the energy of the almost ambient original.
