Weekend Wolves has remixed STRFKR, Miami Horror, Phoenix, and others in the past. Some with music videos that are crafted from found footage and more than a million views.
With a hushed vocal delivery, arpeggiated bass, and filter kicks, the track opens like with an energetic Nine Inch Nails vibe. The standard dance beat carries the track as the layers swell and contract. Excited warbling synth single notes, Wäppling’s vocals, and industrial reverbed beats create a sense of urgency that is vacuumed out by the drops.
