Billy Van’s third EP in three months: ‘Sunglasses’ [Premiere]

This year, multi-talented electronic producer Billy Van is embarking on an ambitious #AYearOfSongs journey to create 12 unique EPs with 12 different artists – 1 per month! He sets out to buck the formulaic trends of contemporary EDM and explore non-traditional forms of dance music while collaborating with artists ranging from film composers, to pop-singers, to jam bands, to folk guitarists and beyond.

The first EP of the year, Convergence, was done in collaboration with film composer/producer Danny Olson to create orchestral dubstep. The second, Flipswank, was completed with JT Roach to create a fun-loving disco/funk dance party. Today, EARMILK premieres the March EP, Sunglasses, which features collaborator Adam Christopher. This EP is defined by its Pop/Punk sensibilities while maintaining Billy's sharp & melodic electronic production, a direction Billy has yet to explore in his young career.
