A$AP Rocky has released some new visuals in the build up to his instrumental LP Beauty And The Beast Slowed Down Sessions Chapter 1. Worlds collide in the Harlem rapper's video for “Riot Rave" and the glitched out track which features Baauer is even more menacing with the combination of guerrilla footage in the middle of some warped imagery. Tigers, leopards and lions snarl on the boarders of amateur video tape documenting a “real life” riot that “spread to all five boroughs” of NYC with the intent of spreading a message of acceptance and being a “weirdo motherf*****”. It’s definitely weird and certainly arty as the leader of the A$AP Mob continues to focus his clearly creative eyes and ears on more expansive projects. Even Disney’s Beauty and the Beast makes an appearance amongst the gunshots, fires and statues in a short clip where Belle is asked what the f*** is wrong with her. Pretty Flacko has also leaked “Unicorn”, another instrumental with a twisted comic book style scene which could be the album art for SDSCH.1. There’s a character who resembles Rocky holding a demon bear cub of sorts while his dark side looms over him like Venom from Spiderman, so it’s worth checking out.
