Avenue isn't a name that has been thrown around a lot lately but there is no doubt that it's the name that will be on everyones lips very soon. At just 19 years of age the budding young talent out of Toronto is showing signs of mature production, just one listen to his remix of Miami Horror's "Real Slow" should be enough to get hooked on his brand of rich nu disco. The thick claps, reminiscent of late 70's disco with the added punch from parisian style compression lead the way for the soothing vocals from the Miami Horror original leaving room for modulated chords that effortlessly shine through the mix.
