Kidd Upstairs takes a trip to “Planet Hollywood” in his dope new single [Download]

Kidd Upstairs is probably a name quite a few of our regular readers are familiar with. The Cali native has graced the hallowed pages of our site frequently in the past year, as a string of slick releases struck a chord with us and had us bouncing around our rooms, in particular his "Amanda Bynes" and "Andrew Wiggins" were highlights.

With Kidd starting 2014 off by rubbing the Kansas Jayhawks the wrong way (they asked him to remove the artwork for "Andrew Wiggins" which featured a stoned Jayhawk), he's stepped into February by releasing a dope new single "Planet Hollywood", that's taken from his upcoming project DMNDS Deluxe. With an 808 driven beat, that has disjointed synths cutting through the mix to give more of a club banger feel to it, all produced by Kidd himself. He rips through the beat, with a flow that's concise and well thought out, making for one of the most enjoyable tracks in his repertoire.
