Wilfred Giroux impresses with debut single, “Stronger”

Talk about making a "strong" first impression (…sorry.)! Coming off two fabulous remixes, the UK-based house DJ/producer Wilfred Giroux brings the sexiness with his debut single, "Stronger." Featuring vocal samples from the legendary Corinne Bailey Rae (which is something she's never allowed before, but she loved the song so much she gave her full permission), the production work is similar to work done by fellow British house music-marvels, Disclosure. Like much of Disclosure's catalog, the song mixes the soulfulness of R&B with jazzy elements, perfectly blended into a stellar, seductive house track. Between this and his awesome remixes, Wilfred Giroux is poised to make some serious moves in 2014.
