One knows when they’ve found a European techno star when their only bio is but a few poorly translated words on the humble beginnings of the artist’s life and career. Techno is in demand in Europe, although the scene in my city exists, I wish it were a little less modest. All things aside, Carlo Whale has been a prominent figure in the techno scene since 2011. Originally from Cagliari, Italy, the young artist has a cool take on Techno and house that is refreshing to hear these days. “Bon Voyage” is his most recent single from Carlo Cavalli Music Group. The track is a great listen, and I can only imagine what it would sound like in a club setting. It definitely screams club music even 30 seconds in. There are no dates coming up that I can see, but I’d love to see this guy in action (provided I don’t have to fly out to Europe to see it). Give it a listen!
