Brooklyn funk lords and party patrol, The Knocks, have released the first single off their much anticipated EP, which will release on Neon Gold Records on February 18. The Knocks are best known for their killer remixes, (difficult to pick the best), but to name a few, HAIM "Forever" and Party Supplies "Going Back To New York" as well as original tracks like, "Modern Hearts" ft. St Lucia and their track, "My Body" with Treasure Fingers. The brand new single, "Comfortable," features the Ambassadors on vocals and a killer bass line that will keep you groovin'.

The Knocks weave 70s inspired funk and UK garage bass lines together, creating a unique sound that can only be found in one of their tracks. Starting off with a funky melody, they slowly develop the bass line that that becomes the backbone of the whole song and bounces the vocals through out the track. All New York homies, be sure to come out and support The Knocks and come out to their EP release party at Le Poisson Rouge on Febuary 21st. Buy tickets here.
Check out the teaser for the music video here that features hot babes and a very cool black & gold aesthetic.
