UK beat wizard Klimeks has already started this year in exactly the same way he ended the last, by churning out another solid track when he released "Glimmers" just over ten days ago. That beat reaffirmed his spot as one of the freshest UK talents when it comes to the boards, and served as a reminder to some people that may have overlooked him that he is here for the long run.
This week we were treated to another dope Klimeks remix, when the young Peterborough native released his remix of Detroit native JMSN's hit track "The One". Klimeks comes through in typical fashion creating a dark and haunting remix, with pitched down vocals cleverly blended into deep and murky basslines, as rooted kicks and snappy snares follow underneath, jaunting along. Each element is a trademark piece of Klimeks work, and he executes these parts to perfection, to create a beautifully mellow yet creepy remix to what was an upbeat, R&B tinged banger.
