French indie pop up-and-comer Belarbi recently released his newest and first original track, "Paradise", and it is an absolute jam. Belarbi has released a series of remixes in the past seven months, reworking some of indie's finest and "Paradise" is a fantastic debut to demonstrate his creative abilities in his original work. All of his remixes are very well done, but his best remix is an awesome pop take on NONONO's "Pumpin Blood." Although still relatively unkown, Belarbi will be a name indie pop lovers will come to know and love in the next year. A great marker for you indie pop lovers is Soundcloud's recommendations associated with the track, HAIM "Forever" and The Cults "High Road."

The track starts off smooth and quiet, with light electronic vibes in the background of clear and loud horn instrumnents. As the track develops his vocals and piano are included, rounding out the track perfectly. His soft voice and perfect hybrid of indie and pop music take you, if only for the moment, to paradise. This track is perfect for a long drive up the coast of California, and if your life is not that glamorous, then it is the perfect track to put on when someone sits just a little to close to you on the subway and you need to escape. The vocals repeat, "we're on our way to heaven," but the only place Belarbi is going is to the top of the indie charts with this single.
