We can never have too much Beyonce. Featuring vocal samples from her renowned "Best Thing You Never Had," 19-year-old Elaksi is making his appearance on the dance music scene with an eclectic and futuristic flip of the 2011 record titled "Sometimes". The Finland newcomer showcases an intricate blend of chillstep and trapstyle vibes reminiscent of Ryan Hemsworth that bring the Beyonce record to a whole new level of emotion. The record leads in with familiar infectious vocal snippets of the original, but before you know it Elaksi's on-point percussion and beautiful synth employment bring you on a journey into an emotional wonderland that you won't want to come back from.
