Over the years the subtext (RAC Remix) behind any track has come to draw an instantaneous listen on the behalf of many and today we have the privilege of premiering his newest in the form of a reworking of Cillie Barnes' "Veranda". The young remix-turned-original producer has pulled out all the tricks in his bag throughout a great assortment of hand-crafted tunes, often times exposing elements of tracks that originally played background to the source material. All the while it helps when RAC has wholesome original track to work with as it offers him a multitude of paths to choose from.

Originating as a mellow, climbing track "Veranda" offers up many accessible elements that were just aching to be churned into a buttery gem thanks to singer Cillie's unique vocals. Using the vocals as a focus RAC's André Allen Anjos takes the reigns in surrounding them with cheerful melodies and straightforward beats. Beginning with minimal effects to draw out the novelty in Cillie's voice Anjos slowly etches his mark, introducing layered elements along the way that all meet at a peak at around the one minute mark. The a warm and wholesome soundscape carries through until the song fades out. The fascinating thing is that Anjos is able to blend all of the songs layers into a cohesive and toned-down force that never distracts.
