While B.O.B. and 2Chainz may not be the first two artists to come to mind when someone mentions a funky indie electro remix, Coucheron continues to impress by keeping his work unique and original. His remix of "HeadBand" is catchy and groovy, taking the original from a pop-rap track to a smooth, almost-disco track with a summery feel to it.
Coucheron's vocal sampling work is great, complemented by very nice synth programming, keeping the flow of the original but with that Coucheron flair. It's impossible not to dance to this one, so for everyone in the north stuck in the "polar vortex," throw this track on and we have a feeling you'll start to warm up. Enjoy!
