Though there are only a few days left in 2013, we are still seeing it bring forth new collaborations to rock our world. Techno legend UMEK has collaborated with a long time fan of his to release "Unlock My Synth Vein," out on his own 1605 Records. A newbi to the label, Italian up and comer Heartik has managed to not only work with the label head, but to push the boundaries of the standard that we in the music there. The aptly titled track is one that brings new melody to the 1605 sound, while also keeping its classically deep, tech-y underworld personality. Ending the year with this release only makes us more excited for 2014!
