Beggars in a New Land is a duo from Brooklyn that strives to “produce music that is as propulsive as it is spirited, speaking in equal measure to the body and the heart,” and they certainly do a great job. Starting off this track we hear a luscious piano melody combined with vocals from Ginuwine’s “What Could’ve Been”. Mixing R&B and garage elements is a surefire win, as you get an incredibly groovy tune that truly evokes the emotions that they said they’d deliver. Danceable and heartfelt. You may have heard them on The Vibe Guide’s second compilation, with their single "Dusk Love" , but we’re hoping to see and hear a lot more from them. This one is up for free download so be sure to grab it while it's hot, and this one is oh so hot!
