Swedish duo Pelari take us back to a simpler time, when electronic music moved masses in an underground scene not regulated by festival sets and fireworks. Appropriately titled "Rave", the track bridges generations by combining contemporary progressive house builds with dark electronic breaks. Having caught the attention of Nicky Romero and his team at Protocol Recordings, the song brings a fresh face to the imprint, steering clear of the 808 kick in favor of something more classic. Also check out Pelari's remix of Dada Life's "Boing Clash Boom", a bouncy rendition that provides a smoother alternative to the original through some interesting sampling and a new bassline.
