You might know them as Urban Noize, or Urban Noize Remixes, but these twin brothers are more than just a production group. Today we get to premiere their latest labor of love: an extensive EP featuring both Jay-Z and Lana del Rey that goes past what we normally call a "remix." Each track on American Beauty is precisely thought out, picking the perfect vocals from each artist's library to be paired together amidst Urban Noize's own production. And after a listen, you'll see why the guys are able to stand behind a virtual guise that feels as if it's only their music, with a whole web-based fandom behind them. The style is deep, soulful hip hop, mixed with pop and electronica without any extra frill. American Beauty shows us that a unique, gifted thought process can inspire us to think differently about our music.
